Project Context

Where the work started

Internal LogixScale V1 platform project. This is a documented LogixScale implementation rather than an external client engagement.

The Challenge

What needed to change

LogixScale needed a unified platform foundation connecting public acquisition, lead capture, internal agency operations, billing, support, and a controlled client-facing experience.

Our Approach

What we did

Implemented LogixScale V1 as a Laravel 12 / PHP 8.5 platform covering the public website, CRM, lead capture, client portal, project and task management, invoices, support tickets, SEO/sitemap functionality, and conversion-funnel features.

Outcome / Evidence

What changed

A working integrated agency-platform foundation covering acquisition, CRM operations, project delivery, client visibility, billing, support, and SEO foundations. No traffic, ranking, revenue, or conversion uplift is claimed because no independently verified performance measurement was established.

LogixScale V1 was built as an integrated agency platform to connect public acquisition, internal delivery operations, and the client experience in one system.

The Project Context

Instead of treating the website, lead handling, project delivery, billing, support, and client visibility as disconnected functions, the V1 platform was designed as a single operational foundation for a digital agency.

This is an internal LogixScale implementation case study. It documents what was built and the resulting platform capabilities; it does not represent an external client engagement.

The Challenge

The platform needed to support two sides of the agency workflow at the same time: bringing opportunities into the business and giving the delivery team and clients a structured place to manage ongoing work.

  • A public website and conversion funnel needed to connect with lead capture.
  • Leads needed to become actionable records inside a CRM rather than isolated form submissions.
  • Project and task work needed an operational home.
  • Clients needed controlled visibility into projects, files, milestones, tasks, and invoices.
  • Support requests needed a structured ticketing workflow.
  • Billing and invoice visibility needed to sit alongside delivery information.
  • The platform also needed SEO and sitemap foundations for the public website.

Our Approach

LogixScale V1 was implemented as a Laravel 12 / PHP 8.5 platform with a public-facing website, administrative CRM, and client portal working as parts of the same system.

1. Public acquisition layer

The public website provides the front door for LogixScale. Lead-capture functionality stores submissions in the platform’s lead records so acquisition activity can connect to operational follow-up.

2. CRM and delivery layer

The administrative side provides the core agency workflow for managing leads, projects, tasks, invoices, and support operations. This creates a common operational layer instead of requiring each function to live in a separate disconnected workflow.

3. Client portal

The client portal provides controlled, read-only access to relevant project information. Implemented views include project and file visibility, invoice visibility, milestone and task visibility, and support-request ticketing.

4. SEO and discoverability foundation

The V1 public platform also includes SEO and sitemap functionality so the acquisition layer is not separated from the technical foundations required for organic discovery.

What Was Delivered

Platform area Documented V1 capability
Public website Public-facing LogixScale website and conversion-oriented entry points
Lead capture Contact submissions stored in the platform’s lead records
CRM Administrative workflow for agency operations
Projects & tasks Project delivery and task visibility
Client portal Read-only project, file, invoice, milestone and task visibility
Support Client support-request ticketing
Invoices Invoice management and client-facing invoice visibility
SEO / sitemap Public-site SEO and sitemap foundations
Conversion funnel Conversion-oriented website and lead-entry features

The Outcome

The documented outcome of V1 is a working integrated agency-platform foundation: public acquisition, lead handling, CRM operations, project delivery, client visibility, billing, support, and SEO foundations are represented within one Laravel application rather than as unrelated standalone functions.

This case study intentionally does not claim traffic growth, ranking improvements, lead-volume increases, revenue gains, or conversion-rate uplift. Those performance outcomes were not independently measured and verified as part of the available project record.

Why This Foundation Matters

The main value of the V1 implementation is structural. The platform creates a base that can be extended without redesigning the agency workflow around a collection of disconnected systems.

  • One operational foundation: acquisition and delivery functions are part of the same application.
  • Clear client visibility: clients have a dedicated portal rather than relying only on email-based updates.
  • Reusable workflow: projects, tasks, invoices, and support requests are represented as structured platform data.
  • Growth-ready architecture: SEO and conversion functionality are part of the platform foundation rather than an afterthought.

Key Takeaway

LogixScale V1 demonstrates a practical approach to building an agency platform around the complete workflow: attract an opportunity, capture the lead, manage delivery, expose the right information to the client, handle billing and support, and maintain the technical foundations for organic discovery.

For LogixScale, this platform is the foundation on which the public site, services, SEO resources, tools, and future growth systems can continue to evolve.
